Parish Business Manager Position Open
Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church is seeking to fill the position of Parish Business Manager. The Parish Business Manager has primary responsibility for the supervision and management of all administrative functions of the parish including, but not limited to, financial activities, human resources, parish facility maintenance and use, and all related processes and systems for the parish. The role is intended as support to the work of the Pastor, staff, and parishioners. The Parish Business Manager plays an essential role in the mission and ministry of the church by ensuring that the practical matters of parish ministry are well-managed. The Parish Business Manager directs these efforts within a framework of shared ministry and purpose consistent with the mission of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and the Diocese of Bismarck. Confirmation Mass is May 12
There are two options for the Confirmation Mass rehearsal: either Thursday, May 9, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. followed by confessions OR Saturday, May 11, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. followed by confessions. If you want a sheet to follow for the confession format, you will find it here. Sheets will also be available at rehearsal.
The Confirmation Mass is on Sunday, May 12 (Mother's Day), at 10:30 a.m. Students and Sponsors must arrive by 9:30 a.m. for professional photos and final instructions.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School (VBS) which will be held the evenings of August 5-8, will be for children who are age 5 (by August 5) through those who are entering grade 5 this fall. You may register your child here or you may find a registration form on the bulletin board in the classroom hallway. Please contact the office if you are interested in volunteering.

Retreat for 7th Grade Girls May 30-June 1

The Benedictine Sisters of Annunciation Monastery are excited to open registration for our "RB 72 Retreat," a three-day retreat for girls finishing the 7th grade. During the retreat participants will join the sisters for prayer and Mass, complete a service project, have opportunities to hang out with friends, and learn more about what it means to prefer nothing above Christ.
